The filigree components are refined by hand in the Tübingen workshop and assembled into exclusive interior decorations. The MILLE FIABE brand – whose name means “a thousand fairy-tales” – was created by Katrin Ruoffner and launched in 2015. The young designer had returned to Tübingen, her hometown, after working for several years as a Colour & Trim Designer for renowned carmakers – latterly in the luxury segment. She wanted at last to realise her long-standing dream of establishing her own design brand for exclusive miniature worlds. In her workshop, she has since then devoted her attention exclusively to the MILLE FIABE objets d’art. Katrin Ruoffner draws her inspiration from all realms of creative activity: art, literature, fashion, interior design and architecture. The MILLE FIABE brand is devoted to timeless values, such as excellence and individuality, which find expression both in the filigree hand-crafted objects and the close bond she enjoys with her customers.
