Ditimar Delchev says, \u201c\u201eIt is not the high cost of the material that makes a jewel valuable. It is up to the designer\u2019s imagination and that of the person who possesses and wears it\u201d. Since 1996 he has been a professor for metal and jewelry design at the Bulgarian Academy for Applied Art in Sofia.<\/p>\n
